This meeting began in January, 2002 and has a strong spiritual focus. The meeting format includes spiritual readings, prayers from both AA and OA approved literature and 15 mins of meditation; no previous experience with meditation is necessary.

This is a powerful meeting with members sharing honestly their eating history and their subsequent recovery, one day at a time, through working the simple 12 step program as suggested by OA.

This meeting provides new members and returning members with packs containing further information on who we are, what we provide and where else to find us in NSW and the world; there are no fees.

Sponsorship is available at this meeting as well as OA literature and tapes.
