This is a well established meeting having been started in September, 1996; the focus of this meeting is the study of the 12 step recovery program as set out in the “12 Steps and 12 Traditions of Overeaters Anonymous” hand book and the 12 promises from the AA big Book page 83.

This meeting has much to offer the new, returning and old members as the study of the steps and the uncovering of the promises give members an ever deepening understanding of themselves, the actions required for their way through to recovery and what to expect as a member in recovery.

This meeting provides new members and returning members with packs containing further information on who we are, what we provide and where else to find us in NSW and the world; there are no fees. Sponsorship is available at this meeting as well as OA literature and tapes.
