This is a well established meeting having been started in Lindfield and has recently moved to Roseville

This meeting began in January, 2002 and has a strong spiritual focus.

The meeting format includes spiritual readings, prayers from both AA and OA approved literature and 15 mins of meditation; no previous experience with meditation is necessary.

This is a powerful meeting with members sharing honestly their eating history and their subsequent recovery, one day at a time, through working the simple 12 step program as suggested by OA.

If you identify with an eating problem and have a desire to stop we may have the answer for you; come along to our meeting you will be warmly welcomed.

This meeting has much to offer new, returning and older members as the practice of the 11th step meditation gives members an ever deepening understanding.

This meeting provides new members and returning members with packs containing further information on who we are, what we provide and where else to find meetings in Sydney.
